The rules

What holds for accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks, said plainly and without legal fog.

1. Eligibility

To register and play you must be 18, or older if the legal age where you live is higher. Whether online gambling is lawful at your location is yours to check.

2. Operator and licence

Lucky Boom Casino is run by MAIREKE LIMITADA of Costa Rica and licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. The terms fall under the law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

3. Your account

One person, one account. Give correct details and see that the account name is the same as the name on your payment method. Look after your login.

• Accounts that share a name, device or payment method may be shut without notice.
• Anything formal, self-exclusion and closure included, has to be sent from the email address on your account.

4. Deposits

You can only pay in with an instrument that carries your own name. The smallest deposit is €20, or €40 for the welcome bonus's fifth deposit.

• For cards the ceiling is 10 transactions a day and 40 a month, with €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card.
• Your fiat and crypto money live apart and can't be pooled.

5. Withdrawals and verification

Before each cash-out we need complete KYC: an official photo ID, a selfie with it in your hand, and a bank statement or utility bill under three months old, all with the same name. As an AML measure, deposited money has to be played through at least three times first.

• The smallest withdrawal is €40, and requests are looked at within two working days.
• Winnings other than jackpots are capped at €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month. Jackpots have no cap.
• When a payout is bigger than what the method allows at once, it may arrive in instalments.
• Changed your mind about a pending withdrawal? Cancel it before it completes and the money goes back to your play balance.

6. Bonuses

Switch a bonus on in your profile before the deposit it belongs to; later is too late. And only one bonus runs at a time.

• Wagering is ×40 on the welcome package and ×15 on the first live bonus.
• Your top stake while wagering is €5 per spin or round; for the first deposit bonus it's €1.
• Contribution: slots 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
• At most €10,000 can be won across all bonuses together, and you may cash out up to 10 times the initial bonus after wagering.
• If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is live, that bonus and its balance are cancelled.

7. Dormant accounts

An account untouched for six months in a row pays €10 per month as long as it still holds a positive balance.

Terms, bonus conditions and limits can change, so read the current version before accepting an offer. If a translation and the English text disagree, English wins.
